Late Mother-In-Isreal Roli Obiku who died of covid-19 complications on the 4th of September 2021 has been buried in her home town Warri, Delta State.
Born on 17th October, 1959, Roli Obiku (Nee Ojuyah) lived a very impactful life haven retired as a school principal a few year back. Her presence and service to the lord made her a role model to many within and outside Warri.
Her final burial ceremony licked off on Thursday 18th November 2021 with a service of songs ceremony held at the Jubilee Retreat and Conference Center, Effurun, Delta State and she was laid to rest on Friday, 19th November 2021 at Alfred Yesin Road, Egbokodo town, Warri.
Sharing photos from the funeral, Chief of Staff to the Governor, Olorogun David Edevbie took to Facebook to say, ‘I joined my friend, Ani Ojuyah, at Jubilee Retreat & Conference Centre, Effurun, for the service of songs held in honour of his late sister, Mrs Roli Obiku (ESA). I pray for the peace of God upon her loved ones and for God to continue to bestow His grace and blessings upon them. May her soul rest in peace. Amen’.
