After seven weeks of electrifying live performances and nonstop excitement, the season’s grand finale will take place on Sunday, July 16, 2023, from 7 pm. Precious Mac and Victory Gbakara are the last two contestants standing, and both have impressed during the course of the season, but only one of them can be crowned the winner. The online polls have closed, and by the end of Sunday night, the viewing public will find out who goes home with the grand prize, which adds up to ₦100 million.

Johnny Drille is having a fantastic 2023 and the awesomeness will likely continue with his performance on the Nigerian Idol stage. This year, he’s captivated audiences with ‘Believe Me’ and ‘The Best Part’. Fans will definitely be expecting to hear both songs tomorrow.
Progress won the last season of Nigerian Idol after delivering at least 12 brilliant performances consecutively. He’s been touted as one of the most talented Nigerian Idol winners of all time and has stayed relevant all year long with university tours and strategic collaborations. He recently released his singles, ‘Jo’ and ‘Lift Me Up’, which he’ll most likely perform at the grand finale.
